I received a sample of this foundation so I ordered it. This foundation comes packaged in a sleek black bottle.I love the plastic bottle because it's travel friendly. Perfection lumiere velvet is light weight, melts into the skin, looks flawless on, blends easily, and the finish of it feels like a powder. It is however not cakey at all. It is a semi matte once blended into the skin. This product is exactly what I need for summer time, is a light to meduim coverage, but you can build it up. I have oily skin so this is perfect for me, and did not break me out. I am in the shade B40 which is a perfect match for NC 35 skin tone. It lasts on my face about six to eight hours before it starts to wear off I adore this formula, and the powdery finish.
You do not have to shake the product before use. I can't say enough about this wonderful foundation, and it would be my holy grail. I pair this foundation with Chanel le blanc sheer illuminating base and set it with la mer loose powder and good to go!
